So here it go's Thursday's Started painting on the pro tan was going to do the spray on tanner but trainers from the gym whom do BB suggested to do paint on tanning ! Even give me the tanner to use:)

Well, quiet honestly abs is 75-80% diet and cardio. So is being cut up. I do each body part once a week with several movements per bodypart. I would tell you everything i do right here but i'd run out of wordage. if you are interested in one of my workouts give an email addy and I will gladly send you one in an excel format
