hmm... I mostly believe in diet and exercise, but I also believe that in many cases a good thermogenic product can help the process very much as long as you do not abuse it :) Cytolean does exactly what it claims to do, if you have any questions, feel free to ask, I took Cytolean for my prep for my last show... hope that helps, and good luck with your goals!

you can get certified through a variety of associations. A BS or a BA in Nutrition or PT or Exercise Science, etc. helps, but I wouldn't go for it unless you want to be in the field forever...
