Thank you! With any luck I will get under the 220lb mark for the Air Force and join. Any tips to losing weight? I am currently focusing on cardio exercise 6 times a week, mixed with yoga. Also trying to change my diet to more of a keto diet. Really just trying to eliminate carbs and increase protein and greens. Any other ideas please advise!
Thanks again!
