My friend suggested I try her trainer to lose some weight, so I admire and respect her ideas so I tried him, and found out I had been going about trying to lose weight for years all the wrong ways!
Why I Love It:
Because I have fun, it makes me feel good, not to mention look good. ATTENTION COME ON BE HONEST LOL!
How I Stay Motivated:
I just stay focused, I enjoy life and take things one day at a time, I don't get to hard on myself and I notice changes.
BB Accomplishments:
The commitment I have made to myself and my trainer to step on stage!!
Still have yet to follow through with this one!
WOW, Only 2 ounces away from goal lol, tomorrow I will have someone at the gym take my bf, its probably lower than 15 now!!, I am starting to see my leg muscles thats an awesome feeling, since my legs were always my worst feature, especially my upper legs!
diet and stay away from too much cardio! Get the eat clan diet book by tosca reno. It will clear up some confusion on diet. Low sodium, no gravy on anything, no processed food....just healthy choices and NOT those damn lean cuisine things. They are gross and you are still hungry

HEY LADY! That depends on how clean your eating is? How you are training? AND what your goals are? Is it a true 20lbs and how much is water. Lots to think about I know. How you doing otherwise?

Hey lilmsfit, you look great! But if you feel you're skinny...I would cut out so much cardio and bump up my weight training. Maybe 30 minutes cardio 4 times a week and weight training HEAVY 6 days a week. See if that helps.
Hey! Yea, I'm getting leaner. Haven't weighed myself in a while. I don't care about my weight, just my look. Not sure why you're gaining. Maybe it's your diet.
