My friend suggested I try her trainer to lose some weight, so I admire and respect her ideas so I tried him, and found out I had been going about trying to lose weight for years all the wrong ways!
Why I Love It:
Because I have fun, it makes me feel good, not to mention look good. ATTENTION COME ON BE HONEST LOL!
How I Stay Motivated:
I just stay focused, I enjoy life and take things one day at a time, I don't get to hard on myself and I notice changes.
BB Accomplishments:
The commitment I have made to myself and my trainer to step on stage!!
Still have yet to follow through with this one!

Everything we do affects other people. I prefer to have a positive effect, even if it is a small one. If I can get one person to believe in themselves........its all good
It's all in your mind. Food is just that food, it's for nurishment:) Plus once you see the results from a good diet you will be even more motivated to keep going :)
You basically deplete your carb levels and then limit you sodium while you increase your carbs. As the carbs increase you limit your water forcing your body to pull water fomr the skin to digest the carbs. I have a very detailed word document outlining the process. I'm happy to share.
No I wont do that, because he has not done anything to me. plus there is two sides to a story, plus i respect his business. this is how he makes his living. right now i'm neutral as far as him and tracy's situation
