How I Started:
I started gaining a lot of weight my freshman year of high school. I moved to California my sophmore year of high school and my mom and I enrolled at Powerhouse in Cloverdale. I started just doing the usual running and treadmill stuff. Then I started meeting people that helped me get into weight lifting and other types of cardio.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a sense of accomplishment. I love the way it makes me feel! I have so many people that inspire me and support me. Everytime I finish a set, I get a feeling that I conquered the world.
How I Stay Motivated:
A friend of mine is very inspiring. He motivates me to try my hardest and stay on track.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost almost 20 pounds and gained a lot of muscle that I never even knew I had!

Goal (Long):
I have been working out constantly for the past two years and I have not recieved the results that I have hoped for. I have lost weight and I have gained muscle but not what I have expected. I am eating a lot of protein and small portions throughout the day. I have noticed changes just not what I was hoping for. So, I am going to take my work out and diet to the next level.
