Lyman High School Attended 1999 to 2003 Longwood, Florida United States
When I Started:
Jul, 2007
How I Started:
I had blown up to about 220 lbs. during, as well as after college. I was in a career rut, hadn't finished school, & was just downright miserable with myself. I had no confidence and no direction. I decided to join the Military, but I had to get (at least some of) that weight off. I got down to 175 lbs. before they'd let me join (still too big, but whatever...) and the rest is history, as they say. I started to see results, began to love it, and just kept going.
Why I Love It:
I'm a very goal-oriented person. I enjoy having something to work towards. Training gives me that. I love feeling strong, healthy, and sexy. I couldn't have those feelings without the weight room.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at my "before" picture helps a lot, but mainly it's everyone here! You all inspire and motivate me to the MAX. You'll never know how much. This community is truly the push that I love.
BB Accomplishments:
I've lost 100 lbs. I hope to add some more accomplishments to this section...gotta get my abs right 1st though. ;-]

He's always got this "I beat you to it" attitude that makes you wanna sprint ahead and really push. Always positive, honest to a fault, and zero bull$h!t. Great initiative. If only all the Army's NCOs were this dedicated! Keep it up, J-Dub!!
He's such an inspiration to so many, myself included. His passion pumps me up. And a Military Man. Being in the Army myself, I love seeing Military people kickin' @$$. Just, WOW.
I started my Veteran's Day off with a 3 mile run and arms workout.
This is my 3rd Veteran's Day in the Military, but my 1st AS a veteran. I must say, it means something completely different to me now than it did then. It has become one moving holiday for me.
I work out 6 days/week. I take Fridays as my "recovery" day. Each day I do at least 30 minutes of Cardio. I alternate HIIT with Long (slower-paced) distant running every other day.
Monday: Abs
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Back & Shoulders
Thursday: Legs & Glutes
