Right After Baby #2 I am trying hard.
This was taken shortly after I had my second son. I was about 180 pounds.
This was taken after I dieted and lost most of the weight that I wanted to but hardly any lifting at all. No Gym in town at all. Where am I supposed to lift??? Weight, 113.

I want to lose weight and gain muscle.
Goal (Long):
I want to whittle down to about 110 pounds that will put me at about 16% BF which is right about where I want to be. I don't want to compete but I do want to get into fitness model shape. I have been nearly there before but with a lack of a gym at the time it was seriously difficult to make any gains. I would like to devote at least 90 minutes 6 days a week to training and hopefully I can accomplish that.
