Reason I joined this BodyGroup: I am following the Jamie Eason's 12 week program. I attempted to start it, but didn't do so well. This time I am going to sign up with a group to help give me some focus and motivation. Members: 6820

lilmisskiwi created a new BodyBlog entry "Preparation phase...".

So, I have decided I need to get back on track. My plan is to get myself organised this week, making sure I have the right food in the house and sort out my training sessions. My official start date will be Monday 23rd April 2012. I have signed up to a body group, so I am hoping this will also help to keep me focused and motivated. This time I plan to stick to it and get on with it!
