1st time i touched a weight was in 8th grade the 1st year i played football. wasnt to into weightlifting until i saw the competition in the weightroom and then i was hooked.
Why I Love It:
Being able to see my body change, being able to see other people become happy when i can help them with their goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing other people achieve their goals.
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 410. winning 1st place in my highschool state weightlifting comp. 191-198lbs class

wow am i white, and thats a wanna be mohawk if your wondering, it was to long i couldnt get it to stay up w/o 30min prepping
excited to see the little results i have gotten this is my first diet
Working in a steady diet and getting results. i am currently experimenting with different diets right now. i want to weigh 225.lbs of ripped muscle after i trim off the fat.
What are you down to this week? I'm at 196 bodyweight, these new forms are killing me! I feel so weak it's like starting over,but I'm slowly getting stronger with the new lifts. You mass gaining yet?
