nice man you got the right products, that jack3d is better than most. I just got some super pump 250 too, its working good, but the NoXplode is prone to causing people to vomit, its all bad in your stomach. I spend 4 and a half hours in the gym today, but I was on another level than usual, if you can get a solid 1.5 to 2 hour workout of intense training you should be fine. Work hard bro.

lean mass brotha, get some protein and get a meal plan set up. your pretty light so I am going to say you have a fast metabolism. Everyone is different so it is hard to say what it is going to take for you to gain.
