Age may be against muscular developement but you have already accomplished more than most people. Your stats say 51 but in the avi you look 31. Also, your stats say 17" arms already. If so, you suck! JK

Hey buddy. I'm not totally sure what you were wanting but I'm 5' 11" 189LBS. I have about a 33" waist and 16 inch arms. I don't know much else but ask and I'll share. By the way, we have similar goals. 17 inch biceps by summer except I want mine tomorrow. LOL
