laid on a bench and pushed up with my arms.
i guess i just got sucked up into the bodybuilding world, not by choice but i liked it.
Why I Love It:
i love it because, i hate fat and unhealthy living.
How I Stay Motivated:
ill get into slums and randomly ill meet some one and i get re-motivated , watch lifting videos.
BB Accomplishments:
going from 115 to 155 in less then three months, getting to bench 45lb plates
