Beacuse with three children its the time I dedicate to myself I enjoy feeling strong after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Buying new clothes, and feeling strong to run around with my children. Also magazines and of course this website.

Goal (Long):
I've been working out since I had my son he is nine now but since then Ive had 2 other kids and have been on a cycle of working out and taking breaks due to my pregnancy. My third baby and the last I did workout through it until I was 8 month pregnant and after that the weight just came of. I think because of taking care of myself with diet and excercise. My baby is now 7months old and Iam ready to put some muscle ion my body. I'am not fat but I do want some muscle defenition.

in response to your energy question - make sure you are hitting a carb before you work out - about 1 hour before. I do a half cup plain oats in my protein shake before I work out. Also, the energy shots work great - just make sure they don't have sugar - you don't want to get an insulin spike. They have a lot of B vitamins which will help you during your workout. Good luck!
