Looking at a photo of myself and being totally disgusted at what I saw
Why I Love It:
It's when I feel my best! Once I've gone to gym my day just can't go wrong! My day is already a success!
How I Stay Motivated:
Realizing how good I feel after going to gym sweating like a Pig.
Seeing & feeling the changes in my body and knowing I have a long way to go!!!

I also want to add that I am really just looking for support and encouragement and nothing else!! I'm happily married!! Sorry don't mean to be blunt!!!

Horrible!
URGGGG, I am so frustrated,feels like I'm not making progress and that I'm actually looking worse......When will it end!!!
In the next 2 months I will loose 3kg's and 2% bf by January. And in the next 6 months, I want to loose 10kg and 10% body fat...
Goal (Long):
I'm so frustrated right now, I've managed to pick up 14 kg in 2 years and that makes me feel horrible. I know why and now I'm treating it, so with the treatment and exercise 6times/week and healthy clean eating, I'm sure there will be good results in time!! I can't live like this anymore, not fitting into my cloths just makes me depressed!!! I am the only one who can make me do it!!
I had 2 get a new myspace page also due 2 our stalker but I would like 2 stay in touch for fitness support! If you have access to myspace please check out the little blog I posted so that you can get the address link to my site on myspace...MWAH!!!
Hey girl, actually I cancelled that apt but I got blood work done last week for my thyroid and it came back NORMAL!!! I couldn't belive it, and i haven't been on the thyroid meds..I have an apt w. an endocrinologist to get things checked out! That's on Nov 10th:) Great profile, I konw you will reach your goals!:)

Keep it up, you are making a lot of progress. To tighten those legs up(and the booty) it's all about squats and lunges. I can definitely see a difference overall though, so don't give up!!

Hey lilly, Keep it up baby girl, progress can be a slow process, but it takes dedication. I am in the same boat. I am going to focue twice as hard on my abs than ever before, and try that lipo x stuff I keep seeing everybody use. Have a great day.
