My strength workouts have been consistent and I am seeing progress here! I need to include cardio more often and maybe that magical thing called fat loss could happen!

This is the first time I have confidently bought a bikini in my life.. I couldn't even wear one as a child because my tummy has always been big. I am so psyched about this!!! I'll never give up lifting!
