How I Started:
I started going to the gym as part of a weight loss program. As a kid and a teenager, I've always been the lazy/chubby type. Then one day in January 2004 something clicked in my head and I decided to live healthier and loose all the excess weight I've always been carrying around, and so I did. Over these years I lost more than 55 pounds and went from 27% to 12% body fat!!
Although this "transformation" did involve a lot of mistakes, it has been a really cool accomplishment that made proud of myself. But now I want more: I want to pack up some muscle and give the final cut to my body fat!! I am back for more and you can be sure I'll get it!!
Why I Love It:
Because it makes me feel good!!
How I Stay Motivated:
The only things that matter to me are my numbers and my image in the mirror. Watching them change and reflect a healthier and healthier me is the best motivation supplement I can possibly think of!!
BB Accomplishments:
See how I got started! Can't wait to add more!!

I've already been able to redesign myself and look in-shape. I know I can do it again and look phenomenal!!
When you start something new, or restart something you haven't been doing in a while, the early stages of these new endeavors are always a lot of fun!! And weight training is no exception.
After centering my workouts on all cardio activities (lots of running and lots of swimming!!), I am...
