I used to race Motocross until I had a life changing injury. I had 8 surgeries and i got down to 120Lbs. Started workingout and the rest is history.

hey guys,
Ive been getting alot of questions on my diet, so i bring you my diet>
day 1-3 low carb
day 4 high carb
Low carbohydrate day
Meal 1- 2 eggs, 3 whites, and 1/4 cup oats
Meal 2- tuna, pb, and rice cake.
Meal 3- 8 oz fish, 1/4 cup rice, and veggies.

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!

I am doing good . had some serious life set backs in the last few months but i am recovering . lifting has been my saving grace the one thing that stays the same when life is nuts . i am getting closer to my goals (put pics up recently check em out comments welcome). how did the prep/contest go?
