Photo taken after day 1 wk 1workout...must get lean!
Day 1 wk 19. Picture taken after workout. Currently 12.6% BF, Increasing cardio with hills and speed! Weight jumps around alittle but I think thats ok! Almost there!
I want to gain 10 pounds of lean muscle during my 6 month deployment in Afghanistan.
Goal (Long):
Now that I have achieved most of my current goals...Bench and squat. I want to continue on the road to success. My weight is up and down for the most part..This Army chow is killin a brotha. I've been maintaining at 155 lbs and thats good, that means that the weight that I've maintained is about 90% lean muscle. For the rest of this deployment I want to focus on 4 more weeks of bulking with my current weight gainer...Muscle Juice 2544 it's doing the trick! After that I want to start my cutting cycle, reduce my bodyfat percentage to 10-12% and kick my cardio into overdrive. With the current gym equipment here it is hard to go big on the squat so I will focus on deadlifts and try to reach 275 lbs. Summertime is right aroud the corner and I gotta get this beach body on for Block leave...Yeaah!
