I was in good shape in High School and in the Army. Now I work two jobs and weigh in at 225 lbs. Yuck! It's time to crack the whip and get serious. I'm gonna show all who doubted me that with a lil hard work and determination anything can happen. Plus I wanna be back into my boxing figure again!!

Goal (Long):
I used to be in awesome shape playing football and boxing. I let my self go after a knee injury. I wanna get back into that shape, or as close as I can, and possible start playing or boxing again.
I am taking supplements from GNC's Pro Performance line. Is anyone familiar with this line and how effective they are. I am on a budget and GNC has pretty good deals. Plus I really like the RTD shakes taste over MuscleMilk and ABB. Any feedback would be great. Thanks.
As of right now I am getting back to an Army style routine that is good to drop weight. Once the weight is down I will see about building up lean mass.
