My main short term goal is to continue my workouts and lose lose enough inches all over to drop one pant and shirt size. I will continue from there. :D
Goal (Long):
I want to be a smaller me basically. I want to be able to wear at least a 14 but i dont want to just lose the wieght, I also want to have leaner, toner body. Then if i ever choose to wear a bathing suit i dont have to worry about other ppls reactions. Hearing "look out theres a whale" is something i want as a distant memory. I want a body i can be proud of that will boost my self esteem.
We just bought a house and are doing some remodeling and I haven't been to the gym in almost 3 weeks now. It's really starting to get to me. Maybe I can make it Friday.

A great way to get in the shape you want is by following the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat during the 12 week program. I suggest you give it a look-see and decide what you think. I believe that by using their weightlifting, cardio & nutrition program you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Give me a yell if you wish.
