77kg, at or under 10%BF, lean and fast for MMA. Hit 150kg squat, 90kg clean and jerk, 85kg bench/row, 65kg snatch. Under 15 second 100m, under 8 seconds 40m (never trained sprints before.)
I want to start every game for my rugby clubs 1st XV, I want to get stronger in the gym using Wendler's 5/3/1 and i would like to lose a few % of BF. Simple really.
