How I Started:
I was always really athletic, I started in gymnastics when I was 3, and I stopped in grade 12 due to a knee injury.. But along the way I always had a very difficult time because of what was required of our body type to compete. I started weight lifting when I was about 13, it was addicting.
Why I Love It:
The change is pretty uplifting to see.

i am getting damn frustrated.  i really am starting to feel like a need a personal trainer to answer all my random questions i come up with and to remind me what im doing is working? i am falling into my same pattern of messing up because i don't know the answers.  i have no idea why i do...
