Up until the middle of my Sophmore year in high school, I felt small and weak... Because I was. It seemed everywhere I went I saw pictures of these huge, ripped guys on magazine covers, in clothing stores, and on every other commercial or movie. In our society today Bigger Is Better and Bigger Is Sexier! That is an undisputable fact. I found myself asking, "Why can't I look like that?"
Why I Love It:
I LOVE BODYBUILDING!!! I find it facinaiting to be able to shape and sculpt your body into what you see in the magazines. I swear there is no better feeling in life than sitting up on a bench after manhandling a few hundred pounds of iron, immediatly feeling better about yourself and what you're doing.
How I Stay Motivated:
GIRLS!! It's very simple actually... Girls look at really fit guys. So I figure the more fit I am, the more looks I'll get. And what guy wouldn't want that?
BB Accomplishments:
Well when I started working out, my max bench was 65lbs. Now it's 225lbs. I'm kinda pround of that. Also, I've managed to pack on over 35lbs of muscle since I started weight lifting.
My goal is to look like one of the guys on the cover of the "Men's Fitness" magazine. I don't want to be soooo big that I get "Muscle Bound" and abnormally huge... But i do want to be big, and ripped, enough to walk down a beach and have girls turn their heads asking, "Who's that guy?" Guys get respect for taking good care of their bodies from males and females alike... And to be honest I would like that unspoken respect. Who wouldn't? I just want to keep pushing myself to the perfect phisique and lifestyle. ( If that's Possible)
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%

You already have the framework for a great physique. Actually, you're very lean, and that can be to your advantage. Work hard, eat right, and you'll see great results. It may take a while, though, so don't get frustrated. In the meantime, be happy with the type of build you have.
