It all Started When - 7yrs old - prob 70 LBS Front Bicep Pose
See how small I was - the other kid is my nephew - 2 1/2 years younger than me if that gives you a clue. I have been smaller than everyone my whole life so now its time to maiximize my potential
I have no idea why my lower body is turned slightly to the side while my upper body is straight. I am just thankful I could find someone who would take the pics without feeling gay -lol.

Starting out - see not bad to start with but alot of improvement needed. Excuse my swollen right side of my face- just had a root canal done.The pic was not relaxed but front flexed wasn't an option on the Pose option

Yes I have "Chicken Legs" but they are pretty strong for their size - defintely an area that I want to work on. It was Arnold's weakness when he started.

As you can see I am finally putting a little mass on. I think I am still retaining my cut. I am halfway there to my goals for the deployment.

My back has shown pretty good progress as well - I need to work on my lats so I can get more of that V shape - bad lighting but if you look hard you can tell I have really owrked on my lower back as well

Should have gotten some better leg shots but I can see the improvement - strength wise they have increased over 40% just in the last 4 months. Long ways to go - they need to catch up percentage wise with the upper body - don't want to be one of those guys - you know those guys -lol.

Are those Ripples or muscles -lol. This pic turned out better than I thought - I was happy to see the whole back getting the ripple effect ;)

Just trying to get my little shoulders in. I plan on focusing on them as well. Just used my new wrist supports by Scheik and they worked great - alot better than the normal wrist supports and I was able to do alot heavier shoulder shruggs
