Hey there, my weekend had been nice thanks, but jam packed with the kids, and exhausting as usual. And yes I definately have 3 sons, either that or someone hasn't come back to get em..hahah

Yeah I hear you about it being good for the heart, I should do more than what I do. Yeah I do have a lot of pics, I must get bored haha.

Yep mainly weights, I do a lil cardio to warm up but that's about it. I probably should push myself more with the cardio. what do you think? I found when I use to do it I got too lean.

nuh not too bad but cold enough. It doesn't snow here in Sydney where I am, about 6 hours drive south it does though. And no not much of a runner, I can run though, just doesn't interest me much.

mmm Summer,bring it on!! Hopefully i'll be in better shape for our Summer. Training is goen well in between a few days out here and there with my family sharing the dreaded colds.. I did legs yesterday and they are aching today, gotta love that!

Missed a workout? lucky you were able to make up for it, and again training tonight, wow you are committed, that's awesome, no wonder you look so good. I've been stuck home away from both work and the gym, boo hoo, although only for this week, i've had a sick little boy with a cold. But hoping we will be back on track tomorrow. Thanks for the comment I'm getting there, but need to push harder, and stop my late night sweet tooth cravings. What time is it there? Nel

Thanks for your comments, definately a mother of 3 busy little boys. And I make the time to include training as part of my life style, it's just part of the routine, and always a "next stop over point". It helps me also to keep up with the boys. Of whom are sick at the moment and have kept me out of the gym the last two days grrrr.. but hey that also comes with being a mummy.
