How I Started:
I started training at the gym 4years ago in 2004, when my 2nd son was 8 weeks old. I gave birth to my 3rd Son in 2006, however continued to train, have taken my training much more seriously since his birth, especially the last year.
Why I Love It:
Firstly it keeps me 1/2 sane, being a single mum of 3 boys, the gym is a great outlet. I love to challenge myself each week, and seeing the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results of other people who train, as well as my own achievements keeps me motivated. Also being single and interested in men who take care of themselves physically, now that's a motivation......
Perhaps it is a Ground Hogs day phenomenon. I am a little embarassed it took me so long to realize. I just kept thinking wow this woman is a workout machine. Take care and have a great weekend.
Your latest workout has been on the main page since MAr 26th. I see your pic everyday and for the longest time thought you must post workouts three times a day. LOL. It was funny to look at the date. Longest I have seen anyone on the front page. Keep up the good work.Take care.
