How I Started:
I started training at the gym 4years ago in 2004, when my 2nd son was 8 weeks old. I gave birth to my 3rd Son in 2006, however continued to train, have taken my training much more seriously since his birth, especially the last year.
Why I Love It:
Firstly it keeps me 1/2 sane, being a single mum of 3 boys, the gym is a great outlet. I love to challenge myself each week, and seeing the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results of other people who train, as well as my own achievements keeps me motivated. Also being single and interested in men who take care of themselves physically, now that's a motivation......
You are right. I need to stop being lazy and get my wife to take some so that I can upload. I went ahead and posted an avatar pic that has my 2 little girls in it though ; )
Cardio is good for the heart. You should do it 2x's a week maybe if it leans you out too much. I wish I had that problem...lol. Although I'm finally have some abs peeking through. You have a lot of pics, they're all nice too :)
