thanks a lot bro, you too man keep up the hard work because your progress has been amazing and its not done yet. once you accomplish one goal you will have another one for sure, and no worries man, we are all newbies to weight lifting, we all can learn something new. :)

my training is all heavy right now. trying to stress the muscle as much as possible with proper form ofcourse. slowly eating more but not going crazy cause i wanna stay as lean as possible all year round so that i know its quality muscle that im putting on. how about you, hows your wokrout going.

lol thanks buddy, i dont really see much improvement on me though looks like the only thing that grew was my hair, lol, gonna keep trying to "clean bulk" for the winter, hope your training is going good. keep at it!

whats going on buddy, i havent been on this site in a while,, busy with a lot of things,, hows the progress going? im still trying to lean out from my bulking phase,,, hopefully i can get back to the original and keep as much muscle as i can.

hey bro, things are good, just a little busy with so much stuff that its hard to find time for training, but i still manage, gotta fit it in somehwere even if it is just for a lil bit. how about you bro, how is the progress?

well when i was dieting whenever i craved something sweet i would have a lot of fruits, mainly bananas, grapes, and mango, those satisfied me so much, so i got a treat and still ate healthy. usually for most people when they want something sweet fruits usually satisfy those cravings.

whats going on bro, things are good with me, im gonna have my theory test in about a week, so im studying up. i actually extended my bulking phase until may. im going on a caribbean trip in august with a buddy of mine, he is an ex bodybuilder so i gotta look good beside the guy . lol.., you are lookin awesome bro!! keep it up!!!

its going good bro, still bulking up. im taking personal training courses also so im gonna be a certified trainer by the end of march, then hopefully i can get a job as a trainer, that would be awesome.

well i did, but now i just eat more of everything, im taking in around 5000 calories a day, and a lil more on the days i work out hard. but for sure, portion control and calorie counting is a major key to getting the body that you want.

just chillin bro, its getting warmer here, snow is starting to melt, just another sign letting me know that summer is coming, so i gotta up the intensity at the gym some more.. lol.,.

well, one way is when u do cardio dont go all out, because now u dont have much fat to lose. Increase your resistance training because the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn, and the fat will just be burnt off. You could take glutamine during your cardio (or before) to make help stop muscle loss also, make sure to get enough protein and calories throughout the day also. :) hope that helps bro.

yup, ottawa does suck, and its kinda boring here, nothing to do. U have family in vancouver, ive never been there but i heard its really nice over there. i just got back from playing basketball, i am tired, but its the only cardio that im getting right now until later when i start dieting for the summer, gotta look good for the beaches lol...

really, i can see how push ups help, but i hope he didnt just mean thats all you need to do, seems very little, even for beginners, its an awesome upper body builder, and yah i guess it puts stress on the entire body also. but yah, thats cool. personally i find it hard to agree with that. :S

sup homie, u are one of the hottest filipinas i know for sure, alot of them over here arent into fitness and dont take care of themselves, not very good. So ur in chicago huh, ive been there, highlight was when i saw the jordan statue,Snow sucks for sure,im here in canada ottawa and theres snow, it sucks for sure, im flip so only summer for me. thats awesome with rockband, we are almost finished, the downloadable songs are awesome too, how is the bet going, did u win yet?
