I first started to become faster in sports so i wasnt looking to put on mass, after high school, i started trying to gain more mass, but then went back to sports so all the mass I gained I ended up losing. Now I'm just trying to find a nice balance, so that I have a good amount of mass but still keeping my speed for sports.
Why I Love It:
I love it because its such a challenge. Lifting weight and getting that feeling after you do it is like no other. Seeing your body transform to the way you want it to is one of the best things. Its fun, a good stress reliever and when im in the gym its my time. Its what i love doing.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think about what i want to accomplish and stick with it. I know that Im the only one who can get the things that I want so I have to go out and get it.

To get the body that I have always dreamed of. Be on the cover of a fitness magazine ( any will do to get started ). Get my name known out there for a possible contract with a nutrition company. Inspire others with my transformation and help them along the way. And ofcourse to live for god, my family, and myself.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
To know that these things take time. Things that are worth it always do. You can get the body that you dream off but you have to be willing to work for it, nothing in the world comes easy and in bodybuilding no one can change your body but yourself. You get back what you put out. So just keep working hard, and soon you will get there. And dont let others tell you that you cant do it, you arent doing it for them, you are doing it for yourself and your dreams. What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
loose jogging pants for comfort and so that i can move around, and a shirt.
I have come to a realization. Like so many people before me I tried a long time to get that "six-pack". Im still trying to get it now, but sadly I know I cannot. It is because of how my body is, the most that I can get is most likely a 5-pack which is visible now. I guess thats just...
you look lean bro, your body fat must be at a good state to see those defined abs. What is your vision on your body now?
I'm starting to get a hang of this bodybuilding, I know my way around the gym, and know how to correct my own mistake when I am doing certain exercise. I'm still a newbie, so don't laugh :)
it's good to hear that all things are well for you. yeah, gotta find time for you, don't be like one of those people who complaints they don't have enough time...out of everything time is equally for everyone :)
things are well, still working on abs for it to pop out like yours :)
Ive been craving for softdrink and chips like crazy. I used to hate them. This week, already have 2 Pepsi Max and two bags of chips. What do you snack on? that would help ease these cravings?
