Workout Program:
Well because I only get to see my trainer twice a week boy do I pay for it.

Usually I go mon and wed, So that means I have alot to crame in, So he usually focuses on my upper body since I have alot of strength in my legs.

Mon- Chest, Triceps, Abs, Biceps
Tues- 30 Mins cardio
Wed- Chest AGAIN, Back, Shoulders
Thurs- Legs
Fri- Rest Day
Sat- Cardio, Abs
Sun- Biceps

I do 4 to 5 different exercises, When I train on mon and wed, thoses are 3 hour workouts and I'm usually so sore I can hardly drive home, But the results that I'm having are crazy. It seems like each week I'm adding more and more weight. By the end of march I should be able to bench 150.
