I was always active in school. I played softball and ran track. I got married and start gaining weight. In high school I was 130 pounds. In the begining of 2005 I weighed 192 pounds. I felt tired all the time and decided I needed to do something.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel like I'm a healthy person. I love the feeling that I'm not fat and ugly. I also love the strength it gives me. Not only physically but mentally to.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a really hard time. I don't have to much support from the family but my husband is very supportive but some times to much. So I turn to other people that have experience in body building.
BB Accomplishments:
So far my Major accomplishment has been I've lost 32 pounds.

I'm doin good, tryin to balance my 12 to 13 hour shifts 6 days a week and still lift 6 days a week. I decided yesterday that i want to compete, so hopefully i can get there.
I know what you mean. I would love to do a marathon in January and compete in Salsa and Swing dancing in the Spring. It would be too much to do that and train, and I would lose so much needed muscle.

You have done an amazing job of dropping weight and getting into good shape. To go from where you started to where you are takes a lot of hard work and dedication. Keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be.
Keep all the hard work in the gym and you would reach your goals Here a quote which I hope you would help you with your training There is the Point of No Return where you have Trained so Long Sacrificed so Much, That you Can't GO Back. You Must Reach Your Goal & Trample On Anyone Who tries to Stop I wise man told me that and his name was Herb Elliot Australia Olympic Champion
