I just started this week training for my contest and its really funny I have a family member that does strong man contests and hes training me its completely different than anything I have every went thru. Its unbelieveable how I'm having such a hard time bring a glass of water to my mouth...
thanks, I just gotta get my diet down a little better, and figur out how to cut down to 3% BF for competition. Good luck with your training, speak to ya soon
I'm doin good, tryin to balance my 12 to 13 hour shifts 6 days a week and still lift 6 days a week. I decided yesterday that i want to compete, so hopefully i can get there.
I know what you mean. I would love to do a marathon in January and compete in Salsa and Swing dancing in the Spring. It would be too much to do that and train, and I would lose so much needed muscle.
U LOOK FANTASTIC!!15% IS A GOOD GOAL..U COULD TRY INTERVAL TRAINING ITS HIGH INT. THOSE LAST 5 LBS SUCK..REMEMBER YOUR GOAL IS NOT BODYWEIGHT BUT BODY FAT.GET RID OF YOUR SCALE! U LOOK GREAT AND U WILL ONLY GET BETTER...IM DROOLING COME SEE ME..LOVE/KISSES BOLDER
You have done an amazing job of dropping weight and getting into good shape. To go from where you started to where you are takes a lot of hard work and dedication. Keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be.
Keep all the hard work in the gym and you would reach your goals Here a quote which I hope you would help you with your training There is the Point of No Return where you have Trained so Long Sacrificed so Much, That you Can't GO Back. You Must Reach Your Goal & Trample On Anyone Who tries to Stop I wise man told me that and his name was Herb Elliot Australia Olympic Champion
