Ever sense i can remember i was always the shy chubby kid that was just to smart and no friends i tried everything you could think even becoming a high school all-american in football 4 yrs. in a row it still was not good enough so now im in the air force and for my 21st birthday my gift to myself is something i did in high school for other people now im going to do it for me.

10 its not to high but at the same time its not to low either.

Thanks...it was mostly keeping a "cleaner" diet. Haven't gone into full swing workouts yet. Just been brisk walking 10 days over the last fortnight or so.
Hey Donnie! Yes men also take the classes for increasing endurance, flexibility and core strength. I have one male client right now...he freakn rocks!!
Hey! sorry it took so long to get back to you! The classes aren't that hard for the beginning..if you have some upper and lower body strength already, but if you have no fitness background that's where we spend time strength training with body wt and the pole. So how are you doing?
