I got started to drop some extra pounds that I picked up while in my senior year of college. I had two surgeries to repair damage to my wrist and knee. I started with light weight and 45min. cardio sessions to stregthen my knee.
Why I Love It:
You get what you put in and there is no one to blame but yourself for lack of results.
I just joined a new gym and was tryin to softly break back into my routine. Had a decent workout, but I felt weak and extremely thristy...no water fountain in sight. Anyways, after the workout, I headed to the men's locker room...then the fun stuff happened. Dizzy, sit down, get up, dizzy...
LOL..ok, were the chains the idea of your photographer?;) nice artistic touch.. you can get away with that when pros take your picture! Those are great shots ;)
there isnt much progress right now... right after i got over my right wrist being fractured, just 4 weeks later, i got hit by a car... and now my left wrist is badly sprained, and the tendons in it are badly bruised, it could take a month or two to heal... its so frustrating...
ya, im finally starting to get satisfied with my results, i never realized before how much Diet actually does play into it, as soon as i went on my diet i started seeing results faster then ever before... couple more months and i hope to be looking Alot better then right now
ya, my abs are finally starting to come in, its probably the new diet and all the cardio i've been doing... can't wait to get them showin the rest of the way, also gotta work on my lat spread and my chest... so i got alotta work to do... hope to hear from ya again soon, later man
