depends on what type of workout i am doing...it changes week to week

Oh i know all about the money issue but sometimes its not all about money. It's mainly about working smart. Now if i wanted to be the size of ronnie coleman... yeah money would have to be stack to my knuckles but since i'm only slimming for now its whey protien and greentea for now til I find a fat burning supplement that interests me

yeah but dont they make you do some weird ass pill cycles? I'm way too busy with school, work, and personaly training to have to constantly pop pills.
