depends on what type of workout i am doing...it changes week to week
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
if i am lifting heavy-2 to 3 mins, if i am lifting light-1-2 mins...

Oh i know all about the money issue but sometimes its not all about money. It's mainly about working smart.
Now if i wanted to be the size of ronnie coleman... yeah money would have to be stack to my knuckles but since i'm only slimming for now its whey protien and greentea for now til I find a fat burning supplement that interests me
