day 6 just did chest and abs w 45 mins cardio later i have back and bis went to tan last night feel/felt good and already see better color.started nutrient timing system. abs look good.maybe golds today for the opening we will see.

good workout.. 135 lb 5x 155 5x 175 5x bench were hls organic pasta/noodles..were pretty good

yesterday did legs/sh/forearms. and biked 31 mins legs very sore today have chest abs forearms and bis should be good making plain noodles/pasta right now get some carbs..need some protein though ugh need to go grocery shopping!, workout in about an hr getting excited.. peAce
