Hah i guess i shld study more but my classes are fairly easy since its just get me back in groove of school hah ima be goin gym today i only got classes tuesday thursday which gud, everything alright i guess just tryna make sure i dont fail in life keep head up train hard become a better man!
wow lots of people didnt know it , today chest day for me i finally took time get all my measurements last night haha so my stats are all up now, well when ever you wanna hit the gym or just hang bruda just lemme know
Doing gud getting stronger lol had about a week ago i workout twise as hard at gym but strange thing was i hardly ate that day didnt have much strength but still ruled lol still tryna find my max on bench im at 225 for my 2nd month in gym havent really gone for a full 2 months hah you shld come to tcc gym is aight but not really dat packed! im goin today to do chest yay

I've found that hitting the chest from different angles and with a variety of exercises, really helps.
Okay, here's what I currently do... all upper chest movements, Iso incline chest press, incline dummbell press, Pec deck machine with seat lowered to emphasize the upper chest, cable flyes, and lots of pushups in between sets. Every other week I through in heavy flat bench dumbbell press too! I hope this helps... nutrition is a big part too, read my blog!
