I started working out since I been working ova hea in the combat zone. There nothing to do here, beside work, eat, and sleep, so i decided that I'm not in the Army anymore so I got to do something to stay in shape, so I decided to start lifting weights, I never really tried weight training before so it was hard in the beginning but after a while it got interesting, plus I got tired of people making fun of me being tiny.
Why I Love It:
Because I like the compliments dat I get when I go on vacation from my family and friends, it means alot to me coming from them. Besides it rewarding in the end.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's like this u can take a person that has no definition what so ever and after training properly for a while, soon or later ur gonna see some results, and dat was me about two years ago, but now I'm to the point were I'm like I got to reach a curtain goal by a curtain time and I train hard to get to dat goal, ture enough I have bad days in the gym, but it doesnt stop my determination to reach my goals.

guess who's back?! fool i ****ed off my WHOLE vacation - so its gonna be obvious when i step back in there? how'd u do these last 3 weeks? ur progress shots came out tight too, by the way. i'll be back in there in the next fews days - i'm sick as a dog right now. but yeah get at me, i'll see u that way again soon Mr. Popular!
