I am not 100 percent sure right now. I am in the process of improving my shape after taking a few weeks off. I did those three shows in a row. Then I took a few weeks off and now I am going at again 100 percent. What are you going to be doing next?

Some times it is just genetics when it comes to muscles growing more wildly than others. But as for staying feminine I try to get lean I just purposely keep from getting just straight shredded. I have not had a need to do that yet.

Id say diet is always the most important thing. get her on a 1500-1200 calorie diet for a month then try to go to 1000-1200 and see how she does. Try using a calorie counting site, I use sparkpeople.com you will be surprised with how many calories you eat lol

Yes he is still lifting! He is actually getting ready for his first show! He will be back on here eventually! I told him he should've stayed :) I am glad he inspires you!! He certainly keeps me going!!
