athlete210 Depends on if you are raw or geared. Most geared guys go wide. As far squatting raw, you have to go where you feel comfortable and the strongest. I tweaked my knee in January so I'm in between a wide stance and a narrow stance. Try them both in your training and see what works for you. Mar 12, 2013 3:20pm
