Im training againg because of my diabetes. I have to be active all the time. So, I chose weight lifting because that is my first love.
Goal (Long):
My real goal is to bench 165 lbs. I know that doesn't seem like alote, im a lil guy. I only stand @ 5-4.My weight was @ 115 lbs when I stated lifting,now im 120 lbs.I bought a mountain bike to get stamina and save money, and go green to the gym (lol). Im not sure if its my stature or my motabolisum that wont let me carry 130 lbs.
Hi my name is Alex too. I too am 5-3 and 124, but I don't have your shoulders and legs. I too lift for health and vanity reasons, I like the looks and comments I get, but I do like lifting.
