This is my second crack at it, in late May of 08. Ms. Jamie Eason is my insperation in geting started again.
Why I Love It:
It demands you to set goals for your self, short and long. I now love the comments my family and I get.
How I Stay Motivated:
If im going to meet woman like Ms. Eason I have to be in shape all the time. Oh and that Damb diabites too.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting from 106lbs. to 122lbs. on BSN and other great products that have improved my health.

Im training againg because of my diabetes. I have to be active all the time. So, I chose weight lifting because that is my first love.
Goal (Long):
My real goal is to bench 165 lbs. I know that doesn't seem like alote, im a lil guy. I only stand @ 5-4.My weight was @ 115 lbs when I stated lifting,now im 120 lbs.I bought a mountain bike to get stamina and save money, and go green to the gym (lol). Im not sure if its my stature or my motabolisum that wont let me carry 130 lbs.

I want to GAIN 12 lb

i eat 6 to 8 times a day it actually helps with blood sugar control a great deal. and being diabetic take advantage of insulin post workout!
