Why I Love It:
like challenging/competing with myself & it keeps me out of trouble:)
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now, picking out shows & having deadlines gives me a different level of motivation than I ever had before. I also just like how great I feel about myself when I'm really in good condition.
BB Accomplishments:
I actually won my 1st show (novice category) & I'd really like to lean out a lot more for my next show now that I have a better idea of what I am doing & after talking to more experienced competitors.
I want to lean out more for my next show (more visible abs/quads especially:)
Goal (Long):
I've always wanted to compete & finally worked up the guts to enter a show, but now I want to improve on my past performance. I felt like I was fairly well balanced/symmetrical/proportional. However, I struggled to get lean enough (diet!!!) too much trial & error:( I have a stronger knowledge base now & hope to lean out faster & more consistently with less guess work:)
