how are you doing man? still looking pretty lean. I finally got a picture up. its been pretty long since one of those came up. just letting you know because u said u look forward to seeing them.

The lifting is great so im good. im seeing a lot of changes since i started lifting which was the 1st of the year. lately ive just read about everything possible and trying to pick up as much knowledge about the sport as i can.I keep wondering if i should keep power lifting or switch to a more BB based routine to see better results. everyone keeps telling me to be patient because im young but i guess im kind of not happy with my physique.

hi im jeremy. this routine worked for me and my pics are old so dont judge them u should hit the tris w/ a heavy bench if u bench w/ really good form and do dips weighted for failure supersetting w/ standing barbell,and or, hammer curls, concentration curls, and standing cable curls. the person i learned this from is my coach if u would like to see him look up dustin merrit( teen of the week )

man ur in really good shape i weigh the same and dont even look like that good work. u think u could give me some tips to lower my bf% and keep muscle mass

wats up man im jeremy, can u tell me how u stay at such low fat percentage? we are about same height and weight but i cant seem to make % drop without crash dieting and i dont want to stop taking in calories are carbs unless i need to.

whats up nick, im starting powerlifting in school and i have someone training me at the gym. i have a meet in a moth in a half but i still cant get that deadlifting form lol. but what u been up to man and nice tat.

wats up man, how i do i stay workin out when all i got is a dumbbell and a straight bar i quit lifting for a while and i want to start but i cant bench or sqaut.
