rough time w/ a girl and got addicted early to lifting heavy.
Why I Love It:
I want to get bigger its like a good feeling when your stronger than everyone else it gives you a good sense of pride and confidence. I love crushing my goals and doing something im told i cant do. So pretty much the lifting is competitive because there is always someone stronger
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be in the best shape possible for me and to be a trainer and/or nutrionist.I just like lifting to its just a fun thing to do.SEEing results helps a lot
BB Accomplishments:
i stuck with it concistently for 10 months and i have been deiting clean for 2 months straight all healthy foods
i have to go to an academy and i wont be able to lift for 7 weeks and i have to earn the privilege which is really gay but i would i get weaker by a lot??? anyone know?? its pretty much bootcamp workouts
yea Im prob going to do a local natural show in the fall in NYC. Hydroxy is hardcore u should try Lipo6 I hear its mild on the body but it works really well. I'm off that typevof stuff till march check in with me then. All the best bro
What up??, the hydroxy is very strong, its going to make u lose water weight if your stating hydrated and doing Cardin. If ur not used to stims, coffee I'd energy drinks I suggest u take the smallest dose first till u build up a tollersnce. I'm almost stimulant resistant and was taking full and sometimes more Han the reg dose and got a little gittery and uncomf. I hear Lipo6 is good

Great to hear bro! If I were you, since you are still very young, I would keep on eating, but keep it clean, and when working out always make sure you keep your form in check, very very important. Hit that Bench press, that will work your chest and tri's..really brought mine out. Check out my second blog for diet and ab routine. I will be posting a workout regimen up soon. There you go, ask for a membership for X-Mas! To be a trainer you have to be certified, and the same goes for being a nutrtionist. You have to pass a test for both. There are many certifications out there, but few which are actually respected. Go for it bro, pick up some books on personal training, and pick the brains of certified trainers on this site.
All about consistency bro, inside and outside of the gym. Staying on a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet, and killing every muscle in the gym 5 days a week. It's hard work, but hard work pays off right?..Best of luck bro, wish I would have started when I was your age!! Keep it up!
