thanks man, i actually just started cardio yesterday. Its all about the diet if you wanna get ripped, cardio helps but the diet has to be there first. I dont take anything too crazy for supps just the basics : glutamine, protein powder, ZMA, beta- alanine, and vitamins. Best of luck to you man!
