Goal (Long):
A few years back I took control over my lifestyle and made some drastic changes... for the better. In doing so I began working out, lost 60# and have been hooked ever since. I have always been physically competative and active. It has become my goal and dream now to whip my ass into serious shape and have it land on stage. I would love to start by figure competing and its time to make it happen! Many times I am almost there and then drama begins in my life and I lose focus. Well times have changed, my days are all for me and my dream. I have platued a bit on this tranformation and need some major help! My weakest area is my upper body, and tightening up everything. I hope I can get some advise from you pros out there...PLEASE & Thank you.... This is for me and for anyone I can help along the way!

1)       Train Legs once a week
2)       I rotate my routine weekly One week is strickly with heavy weight and low reps (4sets- 6-8 reps, 8-10 exercises) Following week is all calisthenics and pylometric exercises, fast high reps (4 sets, 10- 20...
