Saw my pic in the yellow bikini and freaked out... size 11 to a "skinny fat" size 0... yippy, now I just need to make a tighter and muscle bangin bod!!!
The rush I get is amazing, I totally enjoy challenging ever aspect of my body and mind!

Please move your behind a lil faster while crossing the Target Pedestrian walk... Im really NOT wanting to sit there and wonder how u get anything done in ur day by moving so DAMN SLOW... just get to stepping. Also.. HELLO!!!! does anyone stop before you cross anymore??? Safety People.. or is that too much work for your body. OMG!!!

I have been honored by how many people have asked me how I initially dropped my weight and I am going to give you this most bold and simplistic answer to all the wonders. This is how I dropped 60# fast.
Step 1- I Got off my ass. I started walking, then running, went to kickboxing classes and began replacing any moment to sit into a moment to move. Rockin out to a sweet CD in the comfort of my home was one sweet approach. </
