My first new goal is 212 by New Year's Eve. Maybe I can get under 210 by my Birthday (Jan. 4th) if I'm lucky but I'm not going to push too hard or I'll just fall down again. Slow and steady wins the race!

I might buy a Wii when Wii-Fit comes out. I saw it previewed at E3 on G4. Looks pretty fun.

I appreciate the comments of encouragement. I'll add Cardio soon I'm sure, getting frustrated with these 2 pound loss weeks when my goal is 3 pounds a week. Kinda getting to me. I just gotta find soemthing not so boring that I can do at home.

I don't do any cardio currently. Mainly because I hate it. I'm planning on adding Cardio as I start coming down the stretch for the forum contest I'm in. Reluctantly, but I know I have to.

I wouldn't worry too much. Some people can't stand it when another group of people have opinions that differ from their own.
Classic that people cry "JEALOUS!" in response to this particular topic, though.
It's foolish to to think, act, and speak with your ego like that.

Wow looks like you made quite a transformation of your own. Damn nice job. I'm going to do the same, no doubt about that.
Yeah I do have a pretty good curl, it's by far my best lift. I've just always been naturally inclined to it for some reason.
I actually can do a LOT more weight on the EZ bar than using dumbells so that's why I do my lifts with dumbells, plus the EZbar hurts me wrists after a couple sets.

The progress is going well but it's a long road. Started two weeks ago at 300 even, at 275 now. Progress always looks good right away so I'm keeping a level head so I'm not depressed after a month when my weigh-ins aren't as impressive.
Luckily there's people like you that folks like me can strive to be like, and there's others in similar situations as myself here that I can also look to for inspiration.
Keep kicking ass man. Power to the beards!
