I had shoulder surgery, an Open Distal Clavicle Resection on August 15th 2006, and I incorporated physical fitness into my rehabilitation program.
I also couldn't stand the fact that I'd sometimes get tired just playing on the floor with my son for five minutes. They deserve better than that from their father.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself and taking on challenges. Working out gives me another outlet for that.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't want my sons being "the kids with the fat dad."
BB Accomplishments:
Started feeling better about myself and more confident. That's an accomplishment, isn't it?
