A bit about my background, I was a pretty chunky kid most of my life. Barely played outside, or exercised. By the time I graduated high school, I weighed 120 lbs and was a size 10. I yo-yo dieted throughout my life as well, most of those times barely eating (well, now I know better). My metabolism was at a complete loss. I had depression as well all my life and worsened by the year 2000. That same year, I was weighed at a Dr's office. I couldn't believe it: 180 lbs. A great amount on my short 4' 11" frame. That summer I decided it was time to turn things around, stopped seeing psychiatrists and taking meds and met with a naturopathic specialist. By the end of 2001 I was a non-smoker, had depression under control (I'm on maintenance now) and weighed 125 at a size 5 – 7.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great, powerful and like I am actually doing something for myself. It's my time to get away.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking I'm training for the Olympia (like as if I'm an IFBB Pro competitor - LOL) and thinking I never want to go back to what I used to be. Also, my motivation comes from those who find me via Bodybuilding.com and see my transformation and email me with their questions and progress. I strive to stay clean and lean so as to remain an inspiration to others!
BB Accomplishments:
When I as able to deadlift 180 lbs. Currently can leg press 240 lbs. And when I first stepped on stage on November 2006 for my first Figure competition. I was still soft, but I never thought I'd actually do it.

What lil_death Is Up To:
Sep 22, 2009
lil_deathchanged Weight from 117 lbs. to 116 lbs., a 1 lb. loss in 13 days
I'd like to lose a few more lbs. Build my butt and hamstrings, shrink my obliques and tighten up.
Goal (Long):
3/11/09 - Since I've been dealing with a slew of personal problems, I've sort slacked a bit. If I were to mention to some people my slacking list, they'd think I was crazy, because it's not all that bad, but it is for me. My current goal is to get down to my original weight of 113 to 115, but also prepping for a possible contest in May. I fluctuate between 118 and 120, it seems, although I do not weight weekly. That's another goal. Stick with my lifting and cardio (which I do usually) and making sure I'm meeting my meal requirements daily.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%
Upcoming Contest:
OCB Bay State Natural

So, I HAVE been keeping track, but it's all been on facebook. Unfortunately, over the weekend, I got a little crazy with nuts. Back to the drawing board. I definitely need more control of myself, because this is getting ridiculous.
I will be posting past workouts soon. Wish bb.com...
I'm doing well. Currently on a lean gain and doing a 21 day running program. Seeing if that is a sport I want to consider. Yesterday was my first day. Jury is still out!
i'm not satisfied with we're i'm at either but it's better than where i was. it's a marathon not a sprint, keep working hard and you'll get where you want to be!
