At the moment my husband and I are feeding off each other, and hyping each other up.

Goal (Long):
I am ready to start from the beginning and push myself so I can change my life. I will basically be going from little exercise to better diet, and more exercise. I would also like to participate in or try out for body of the year or just something to show I did it, but I have alot of work ahead of me.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
At the moment, I am waking up a 7am for breakfast and having oatmeal (apple cinnamon instant) It probably isnt the best stuff for you but its got to be used up. With semi skim milk and black coffee no sugar. through Midmorning I have water, cup of green tea, and a protein shake. Lunch I have become quite fond of Riveta sesame seed crackers and tuna with light may and will wash it down with water. What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I would like to have P!nk's body. (maybe with a tide bit more curvage)I just think she is a beautiful person.
Well it might not seem alot to most but for me I think it is good, since i had myself weighed and updated my stats, my BM % was 49. something and it is now down to 43. something hehe sooo yay!
Well first thing you dont want to do way too much too fast. Keep in mind babies dont start out walking...they first have to learn to crawl. It's a long road and gets bumpy but def doable!
