How I Started:
I have always played sports, soccer for 19 years, so I have always been active, but I guess I was skinny fat. I really want to tone up and put on some quality weight while keeping my body fat down.
Why I Love It:
I like the way I feel after a hard workout, and seeing myself progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing a constant change in my body, and getting myself ready to start training to fight again.
BB Accomplishments:
Finally dead lifting over 400lbs after training for 2 months.

So I decided to start this new training program for my legs. It is one hell of a workout. I did the first phase of it on Wednesday and my legs are still hurting me on Friday. We decided to add some dead lifts into the program, but once we get up there in time, we are going to take them out...
Day 1: Squat Day
Target rep range: 6 reps/set
Warm-up: Box jumps, vertical jumps, jumps with a knee tuck, etc. (10 minutes)
