When I Started: Sep, 1998
How I Started: My sophmore year in college, my roomate was a bodybuilder. When we took the roomate photos he stood in a 3/4 postion and still filled over half the picture. I was 125lbs. I had to fix that.
Why I Love It: I was always a small kid and when I first started weight training, under the right guidance, my body responded very quickly. I became addicted to the results, becoming stronger and shaping my body to look the way I always wanted. When I started competing, the added dimesion of being able to hold up my results and development against others was a huge thrill.
How I Stay Motivated: The prospect of being almost naked in front of a large group of people to be critiqued is plenty motivator. But the desire to win and do well seals it.
BB Accomplishments: Back to back overall wins at the 2008 Lenda Murray and Excalibur Bodybuilding Championships.
