Background
My sophmore year in college, my roomate was a bodybuilder. When we took the roomate photos he stood in a 3/4 postion and still filled over half the picture. I was 125lbs. I had to fix that.
I was always a small kid and when I first started weight training, under the right guidance, my body responded very quickly. I became addicted to the results, becoming stronger and shaping my body to look the way I always wanted. When I started competing, the added dimesion of being able to hold up my results and development against others was a huge thrill.

Just looking at his progress pictures anyone can see that his physique is an amazing example of hard work, determination and discipline! He has taught me "training for nationals is a marathon not a sprint" so I am inspired to start training with the same mentality day in and day out!
